As an extension of our clients’ business, the successful candidate will be a relationship manager as well as a trusted consultant.

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Client Business Manager and located in our St. Charles, MO Headquarters, the Account Representative will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for DM Fulfillment clients post contract; responsible for order management, logistics coordination and customer services

  • Resolve customer issues, researches and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales

Accounts Payable Specialist

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Controller and located in our St. Charles, MO Headquarters, the Accounts Payable Specialist will:

  • Reconcile, code and enter invoices for inventory vendors into A/P system
  • Monitor for discount opportunities on vendor invoices
  • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions/discrepancies
  • Answer vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile vendor payments for rebates on a monthly basis (will work closely with PM dept.)
  • Prepare and reconcile rebates paid to customers on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Prepare monthly vendor dashboard and analyze open balances/discrepancies and present to management team
  • Negotiate with vendors as needed on open balances
  • Open and distribute dept. mail daily
  • Matching checks for payments and filing as needed
  • Prepare any checks to be sent to bank from daily mail
  • Special projects as needed by controller
  • This full time position will work between the hours of 7:30a-4:30p or 8a-5p

Equipment Advisor

Objective

The primary objective for this position is to accelerate equipment growth to higher levels as an overlay sales function to increase direct customer engagement on this product category. Summary
